“It wasn’t easy to sell during Covid-19. We put house on market just before shelter-in-home started. Two weeks after we went into contract with no contingencies, pandemic was announced. The buyer wanted out of contract and to get his earnest money back. Alice helped me with a strategy to convince the buyer to release money to me to avoid mediation and possible arbitration.
When we put a house back on market, there were no open houses but new rules for showing. Alice went to every showing to make sure that everything is disinfected and clean.
